Marc SAUNDER started NEXMOVE in 2004 with a clear intention to offer customized assistance to managers and senior executives in their search for a dynamic career evolution. Helping them in their internal mobility through dynamic assessments or coaching and in their external mobility through outplacement.
They share a common vision of their role despite their differences: make each client actor of his own change and use group support to generate connections and exchanges within Nexmove.

 

As active member of SYNTEC Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle, NEXMOVE has signed the outplacement and coaching charters. NEXMOVE has also been certified under the SYNTEC Coaching accreditation.

 

In response to a growing demand from international customers, NEXMOVE is a member of ARBORA GLOBAL CAREER PARTNERS, a global network of leading providers of outplacement and career management services operating in 29 countries across the world.
