Most of the time, young graduates are not prepared to start their job search in a professional manner.

Nexmove has created at their benefit Firstmove, an association resting on a voluntary support from sponsors eager to assist them in their first job search.

Under Karima Gamgit’s initiative (she’s general manager in the publishing sector), Firstmove recruits its sponsors within the Nexmove Club database identifying members from different sectors and positions and getting them in touch with the young graduates.

To benefit from this unique assistance, young graduates must apply to Firstmove specifying their objective and the difficulties they encounter in their job search. After a preliminary interview with a Nexmove consultant, they are directed to a potential sponsor.

The 6-month assistance period consists of regular meetings to help graduates in finalising their professional objective, their CV, organising their network, preparing and debriefing interviews. Each graduate will naturally benefit from the Nexmove Club network and some Nexmove customers are committed to meet these particularly well trained candidates.
